IMPORTANT LETTER TO OUR CUSTOMERS:

Recently unforeseen circumstances, which are out of our direct control, have arisen that have suspended our loan processing and closing activities which may have affected you, our valued customer. Some of these constraints have been removed and our company is moving forward on a limited basis to address its loans in process.

If you have an Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation home loan with signed closing papers (prior to November 4th) and the funding of that loan did not occur as scheduled, Allied has made special arrangements and has already begun to fund those loans. As part of this process:

• The Customer may be contacted in order to determine whether they still wish to proceed with the loan or if they have gone to another Lender.
• Allied must review the loan documents to determine if a new Closing (signing) needs to be conducted based on elapsed time and circumstances.
• Then the loan may be Funded when closing is completed based on loan requirements.

Any other Allied loans that were previously approved or in processing will be addressed after we have finished with the critical loans described above. Please note, this may result in additional time delays for loans in process. More information concerning this will be forthcoming when we are ready to process these loans.

We understand that these delays have affected our customers adversely and are working diligently to rectify that situation. However, you do have a choice. If you wish to transfer your loan to another Lender send a letter stating your request to the new Lender and we will cooperate fully with the new Lender to transfer your loan.
